An enquiry or preferred time is not a confirmed appointment. Appointments are subject to confirmation by the clinic. Availability, costs, cancellation arrangements and any clinical consent are confirmed separately with the clinic before the relevant service. These website terms do not introduce fees, refund promises or cancellation penalties, and the website does not collect payment.
